The BioAfrica server is providing fast Southern African access to a number of drug resistance resources. A local copy of the RegaDB and drug resistance analysis tools are available for the analysis of HIV drug resistance .

Description


SATuRN RegaDB Clinical Resistance Database*  This copy of the database is accessible to SATuRN collaborators. RegaDB is a open source clinical management bioinformatics database developed in Leuven, Belgium. RegaDB can be used to manage patients on ARVs and to do research on HIV-1 drug resistance clinical cases.

Southern African Mirror of the Stanford HIV Drug Resistance Database (HIVDB) A curated public database designed to represent, store, and analyze the divergent forms of data underlying HIV drug resistance.
