sequences using phylogenetic methods.
The REGA HIV Subtyping Tool version 2.0 was expanded to allow the classification of HIV-2. Other new features include the construction of a figure of HIV genome, identification of recombinant fragments and a detailed XML results report. The new OXFORD Hepatitis B and Hepatitis C genotyping tools were developed in collaboration with virus evolutionary experts, and can be used to identify new recombinant sequences.
