This section give access to viruses' sequence databases which we
mirror and manage in our bioinformatics servers. These include the
Stanford HIV Drug Resistance Database, RegaDB and the RNA VIrus
Database.
SATuRN RegaDB
Clinical Resistance Database*
This copy of the database is accessible to SATuRN collaborators. RegaDB
is a open source clinical management bioinformatics database developed
in Leuven, Belgium. RegaDB can be used to
manage patients on ARVs and to do research on HIV-1 drug resistance
clinical cases.
RNA Virus Database - An international collaboration to create a relational database to all RNA virus genomes.
