"The workshop is designed for researchers in the field of antiretroviral drug resistance and vaccine design. The workshop program is a combination of  theoretical and practical aspects of HIV data management and mining. It will demonstrate practical aspects of designing, storing,  retrieving and analyzing genetic data from both local and public sequence databases. The workshop will also focus on the use of datamining software (such as WEKA) to uncover knowledge important for drug resistance development and functional properties of HIV proteins."
