HIV-1 Protein Data Mining Tool

This tool allows researchers and students to explore the HIV-1 proteome by performing sequence analyses on selected HIV-1 isolates. You can use this tool to explore characteristics of each protein product within a specific isolate, or to compare differences between all of the HIV-1 subtypes. The protein data-mining tool uses dynamic links when connecting to the various protein sequence databases and analysis tools.
