Oxford HCV Automated Subtyping Tool (Version 1.0 Genotypes)

This tool uses phylogenetic methods to identify the subtype of query sequences. The recombination analysis compares your query sequences to a reference alignment of the 6 HCV genotypes. A version that compares your sequences against all HCV subtypes available here.

Note for batch analysis: The Oxford HCV subtype tool accepts up to 1000 sequences at a time.
