REGA HIV-1 Automated Subtying Tool (Version 2.0)

News:  The 14th International Bioinformatics Workshop on Virus Evolution and Molecular Epidemiology at SANBI, the University of the Western Cape, Cape Town, South Africa. 1 - 5 September 2008.


This tool uses phylogenetic methods to identify the subtype of query sequences.  The sequence is also analysed for recombination using bootscanning.
