Oxford HCV Automated Subtyping Tool (Version 1.0 Subtypes)

This tool uses phylogenetic methods to identify the subtype of query sequences. The recombination analysis is done only with HCV Subtypes. 

Warning! These results should be interpreted with caution. Current sampling of HCV subtype diversity is incomplete, which may lead to false identification of recombination events.
